					<description>wow, I never knew that keeping a pit in the guacamole would stop it from turning brown right away!  I love guacamole too, and I'm going to give that a try next time I make it.  that will def. come in handy.</description>

					<description>I love fresh guacamole! I have used a Rose Elliot recipe (not very Mexican I know) in the past that is not too disimilar from this but the addition of lime juice sounds good.</description>
