    Something sparkling, bubbly and pétillante.
Champagne, CrĂ©mant de Limoux, Saumur, Cava…
It would taste delicious and the little bubbles would tickle all over!

  2. johanna Says:

    cream!

  3. Mary Says:

I’m with loulou, give me the bubbly.

  4. Aoife Says:

Jello, like Goofy did in Mickey and the Beanstalk.

Chocolate sauce. Hands down. Think Willy Wonka.

  6. Mary Says:

I checked with my husband (and told him of my champagne dreams). He votes for olive oil.

  7. Dawn Says:

It would have to be…butterscotch pudding! Great blog!

“marco polo”… diving boards of chocolate toffee, beach balls made of grilled eggplant, peppers and creamy rissoto (deep fried of course), lilly pads of hot homemade tortillas, salsa, fresh picked crab and cream…ahhhhh.. and a liquid pool of mojitos with spearmint and prickly pear.

  9. Toto Lloyd Says:

    Really good lemon curd. Mmmm.

  10. mav Says:

couldn’t miss out on this one!
my first thought is chocolate but now i’m feeling more homemade whipped cream. yumm! xo

  11. Katherine Allred Says:

I was thinking chocolate at first too, but as soon as I read loulou’s comment, I had to second the bubbly too. Cava sounds PERFECT for summer swimming.

  12. Stolk Says:

Creme brulee without the crust (too much like falling through the ice,) or if it’s a nasty, sweaty, humid Chicago-style day… slightly melty mint chocolate chip ice cream. What about you Care-o?

  13. frank Says:

There are many ways to enjoy Wine and Champagne. For me, i like it nice and chilled served with a fine meal.

A wise man once said ” A day without Champagne is like night.”

    Cheers to all !!
