		<description>wow. i just made this for my boyfriend and he was thrilled with it. it was very attractive and tasty - pure summer. it really topped off our farmers market dinner of sauted corn with basil and onion, pan-fried local fluke, and crisp green beans. thanks for the inspiration and of course the recipe, caroline!</description>
