Each year during the Christmas holidays I search cookbooks, magazines and the internet for a “new cookie recipe” to try. Generally, my attempt is costly and time consuming and often, a failure. I am extremely excited to say that this recipe for ‘the best white chocolate macadamia nut cookie’ is definitely a keeper and has become a favorite in our family. They are soooo yummy!!!! No need to alter this recipe…perfect as is! Thanks for sharing:)

I just finished making these cookies and having never had them before myself, they are now at the top of my cookie favorites. I decided to find a recipe by the request of my husband who loves white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and he gave it two thumbs up! I must, must spread the word with this recipe! It’s divine! Thank you for this yummy recipe. Took them to work and everyone loved them. The best compliment: one of my co-workers couldn’t stop eating them. I made them exactly as written, but next time will add more white chocolate chips (or chunks) and will roast the nuts a little first for better texture and more flavor. I had no problem with them being too thin, even when I made them larger (heaping Tbs), which we all preferred. They were easy and quick to make, too. I made them, in fact, while getting ready for work! Delicious recipe. Thanks again!

I was craving these cookies and seeing the rave reviews, I thought I’d try these. Followed the instructions to a T. They looked wonderful, but were more cake like than chewy… and a tad too sweet, any tips on how to get them to be more chewy? Delicious though and loved the cookie dough raw!!
