I made these a few weeks ago after trying a different recipe that turned out terrible. These were wonderful!! I made a few adjustments here and there because I don’t really measure very specifically, but I don’t think you can screw these up! They are so tasty – I took them to work and they got devoured.

I made these yesterday (half the recipe) and it IS delicious! I’m always afraid that white chocolate mac nut cookies can be too sweet for me, but this was perfect. I’ll be making these again for Christmas gifts probably. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the response! I used 50/50 mix of unsalted butter and shortening and also chilled dough for a half an hour before baking. People are raving. Thank you for the recipe.

Hey ! Im from Hawai’i and macadamia nut cookies are a popular cookie here. Since i dont know how to make it i decided to find a recipe that can beat evryone elses cookies! Im deciding to try yours based on all the wonderful feedback from others who have tried your recipe. I had a few queations though, can I make these into cookie “bars”? and will chilling the dough be even better?
