I remember thinking how delicious it looked and adding it to my mental "must make" list. Well, that was a few holidays ago and the weeks have come and gone. I completely forgot about fish tacos... until now. Thanks for posting this recipe. It looks and sounds delicious and I'm thrilled you brought this dinner to the forefront of my "must make" list once again. I will be trying it soon!
