					<description>I love the sound of mustard in the soup. I recently made cauliflower leek soup, with caramelized cauliflower pieces in it.  Thinking I needed something to cut through the cauliflower, when I made it again I used some broccoli as well... but mustard sounds like an even better addition.  Thanks for the recipe!</description>
