A little birdy recently told me about this delicious company in New York called Spoon. They started as a catering company but have expanded and recently opened a little eatery. And, lucky for us non-big-apple folks, they mail things too. This Blueberry Jam was such a treat! A few evenings ago, I smothered some Buttermilk Pancakes with it and today, enjoyed it on a slice of toast with tea. It was a welcome and delicious momentary retreat from my crazy day.
