		<description>as long as the spice in the jar is being ground fresh then it&#039;s ok..it&#039;s when you get that crappy old ground spice that it&#039;s not OK.. think about it..the smell of fresh ground allspice, nutmeg, cumin seed or black pepper being replaced by dull 1/2 flavor 5 year old ground spice. it&#039;s simply an injustice! especially to your taste buds..</description>
