The first stomach ache from a huge Thanksgiving meal usually signals the start of the season for me. Actually, I did NOT overeat this year and felt sort of gypped. How sick is that? I sat on the couch feeling comfortable and like I could have eaten twice as much. And it felt funny. Well, I must say that I am working on this year being a season of moderation.

Finally, the time has come to tell you all that I have been scheming…. and tasting and choosing and photographing and linking… in preparation for my upcoming feature: TOP MAIL ORDER FOOD GIFTS! I am so excited. I took it upon myself to seek out what I consider to be the best gifts to send any food-loving loved one this season.

Yes dear readers, it has been difficult. I have been so busy reading about food, tasting food, looking at food and tasting more food to present you with this upcoming Food Lover’s Gift Guide. Starting Monday, I will slam you with one after another after another. Options upon options of gifts for you to send those with similar culinary obsessions.

In addition, I plan to offer up a few options for homemade food gifts as well as entertaining ideas and recipes. It is going to be a December Whipped Holiday Extravaganza! I am revved up. Jingle Bells. Thanks for reading. Stay tuned…
