I LOVE Carol’s Cookies! My favorite way to eat them is to heat them up (like Marianne suggested) and then top them with a high quality vanilla ice cream. Yum!

A little tip I learned from Caroline – put them in the microwave for 30 secs. and they are even more fabulous!! I might order these just for myself.
