		<description>I adore artichokes! You know, if you ever get a hankering for an artichoke and don&#039;t have half an hour to steam one, here&#039;s a trick:
Rinse the artichoke, leaving a little water clinging to the leaves. Completely wrap the artichoke in saran wrap and microwave for 4-5 minutes until tender. 
Voila! These are an awesome afternoon snack. :)</description>
