Walking back from the bars I passed by a row of Portland's great street food stands and what do I smell but maple butter, waffles, and salty meats!?! Needless to say I went on and on to the guys in the cart about this blog and how I had just read about them and how I MUST sample some of their wares. One word: delish. If you go to Portland you should plan on stopping here. They were very nice people with a delicious snack, can you really ask for anything better when you are walking the streets at 2am? I think not.
