Caroline, I feel you pain! We’ve been unpacking boxes for 2 weeks now and still have more to do. We’ve got enough unpacked to be comfortable so maybe we don’t really need all that other stuff. Anyway, I had a neighbor bring over some French Breakfast Puffs which were absolutely delicious. What a treat. However I did start calling them French Fat Balls once I found they were made and rolled in butter before being coated with sugar and cinnamon…. Good luck in you new home and with your electric cook top. I would plan on getting gas or look at an induction electric cook top. I really am liking mine….
