What a wonderful way to start the new year! I feel as if I have just enjoyed a glorious, virtual potluck with all of you! Reading your comments and sharing your culinary delights has tickled me to no end. The variety of ethnic specialities, sweets, savories and drinks that you all wrote about had my salivary glands working over time. Even more moving were the numerous mentions of family and friends. In my mind, your faces almost came in to focus, each of you gathered in kitchens and around tables with the special people in your lives. THANK YOU for being in my life, if even just through this small web portal. Your openness and kindness truly has given me even more cause for thanks as I head into this new year.
