		<description>so darling! I haven&#039;t made these in a while ... may need to soon.  thanks for the reminder.  A good tip for rolled cookies:  make the dough and then roll it immediately between sheets of plastic wrap while it&#039;s warm.  Then chill.  Warm dough rolls easier but cold dough cuts better.  And since linzer is particularly soft and warms quickly, I usually freeze the sheets if I have room.</description>
