WOW. I am a little blown away at the deliciousness of these muffins. a) I have never been able to find a good recipe for lemon poppyseed muffins and this one is perfect. Just perfect. b) these are so good I’m looking for a friend to deliver a few to, just to make their day (haven’t found any takers yet) c) I used 2% greek yogurt. Wowza.

I totally agree, glaze makes everything wonderful! These muffins look awesome – I’ll have to try!
