Description
Lychee fruit stuffed with jelly and blueberries or olives make perfect garnish for Halloween cocktails and mocktails!
Ingredients
Scale
1 can of Lychee fruit
Strawberry or raspberry jelly
Blueberries or Pimento-stuffed olives
Instructions
- Drain lychees from the can. Reserve juice if you are using it for your drink recipe
- Spoon jelly into the hole in the lychee fruit
- Gently press the olive or the blueberry into the cavity. If using blueberries, keep the stem-side up so it looks like the pupil.
- Use the lychee eyeballs as a garnish in your Halloween cocktails or punch!
Notes
Do not use jam with seeds but clear jelly.
