About Whipped

Whipped is a new place for me to write about some of the things I enjoy most which include food, drink and above all, sitting around a table with friends and family talking, laughing and loving life.

Already, I have noticed more energy and excitment to try new recipes and new foods and pay more attention to their presentation which has added to my eating enjoyment.

I love reaching out, being social and sharing food experiences. So, I have finally joined the 21st century and started doing it online…

    This is so fabulous and fun! I never expected to reach the culinary level of having a recipe shared professionally. Love your writing style, yummy-sounding recipes and delicious photos. Now that we’re cooking only heart-healthy at home, do you have suggestions on your recipes to try?
