A few months ago, we were looking for some interesting new placemats for our dining room. We don’t have a kitchen table so we eat at our formal dining room table every day and want to protect the wood. Tablecloths are no longer an option with Mini Whipped who gleefully discovered how fast things come towards her when she pulls the tablecloth. We found these silcone placemats from Modern Twist and love them. Easy to clean, they don’t slide around, I like the slight transparency and they come in tons of great adult-friendly and kid-friendly designs!
